Exhibition, presentations and a gala dinner
All registered Attendees and Accompanying Persons will be eligible to tour the ECS exhibition before the Gala dinner, namely from 17:00 to 19:00. You shall get the tickets on Monday at the registration desk. Please note, that the approximated time needed to tour the exhibition is 1.5 h.
At 19:00 a special scientific session will start in the ECS auditorium.
The dinner will start at around 20:00 in the Winter Garden of the European Solidarity Centre (ECS), located on the ground floor of the building.

Changes in the Scientific Programme
1. Dr Winiarski's lecture (I-8) is moved to Wednesday and will be given at 11:25am.
2. Lecture I-11 (Dr Galazka) is canceled.
Reaching the Gdańsk Tech campus
1. From the Airport
Taxi
If you decide to take a taxi, we recommend to use the Uber app. Under normal traffic conditions, the ride to Gdańsk Tech campus takes approximately 20-30 minutes and should cost ca. 30-50 PLN.
The GDN airport's website recommends one traditional taxi company, Neptun Taxi. The ride should cost ca. 50-80 PLN and take about 20-30 minut under normal traffic.
Public transport
There are bus (no. 110 & N3 - direction Wrzeszcz PKP) and train (SKM or Polregio - direction Gdańsk Wrzeszcz) connections available that reach the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station in about 20-30 minutes. The train station is located about 1.7 km from the Main Building of the Gdańsk Tech.
All public transport options can be conveniently reviewed using the Jakdojade online service or the GDN airport's website.
Bus
Line 110 offers the most convenient connection from the airport to the Wrzeszcz quarter between 6:00am and 10:45pm. After 11:00pm the night line N3 takes a very similar route, stopping also at Wrzeszcz PKP station.
Before boarding, purchase the ticket (4.80 PLN) in a vending machine (accepting both cash and most credit/debit cards) at the bus stop. After validating on board of the bus, the ticket can be used for 75 minutes on all bus and tram lines in Gdańsk.
Get off the bus at the Wrzeszcz PKP station (final one).
Train
There is a train stop adjacent to the passenger terminal of the airport. Tickets can be purchased at a vending machine on the platform.
Tickets purchased in the vending machine are valid for the subsequent train. When buing the ticket, make sure you choose a correct carrier (SKM or Polregio).
Get off the train at the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station.
2. From the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station
Gdańsk Tech campus is located ca. 1.7 km (20 min walk) from the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station.
From the nearby tram stop one can take any line that goes southwards. Get off the tram at the Politechnika station located just outside the campus, close to the Main Building.
3. Travelling by car
A triathlon event is scheduled in Gdańsk on June 18th and 19th, that will take place in the vicinity of the tunnel connecting the National Road 7 (going from Warsaw to Gdańsk) with the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz quarter. Road closures and heavy traffic are expected. Please check the current road situation before arriving to Gdańsk.
Currency exchange
Polish złoty (PLN) is the only official currency in Poland and Euro can be directly used only in a limited number of retail points, usually at an unfavorable rate.
We do not recommend to exchange the currency at the airport as much better rates are offered in a number of exchange points located close to the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz station and Gdańsk Tech campus.
Check in and Welcome Party
Checking in (registration) will be possible on Sunday June 19th, between 4:00pm and 7:00pm in the Main Building of the Gdańsk Tech. – building 1 on the interactive map.
The Welcome Party (Sunday June 19th) and poster session (Monday June 20th) will take place in the Main Building of the Gdańsk Tech. in the Hevelius courtyard.
All lectures, as well as conference registration, will be held in Building B of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecomunications and Informatics (ETI) – building 42 on the interactive map.
Poster session
The poster should not be larger than A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in a vertical orientation. You will attach the poster by using a reusable & removable adhesive provided by organizers.
There is a possibility to print your poster on site on the Monday morning. The closest printing house, Akwilon, can be contacted by email (biuro@akwilon.pl) or by phone (+48 587101128). Please note that the organizers are not able to help with arranging the printing.
