Invitation letters
The organizers will issue invitation letters to participants from countries requiring a visa to travel to Poland. Please note that the invitation letter will be issued upon your request sent to pccg2022@pg.edu.pl after your registration and full payment.
Participants requiring a visa invitation letter should register for the conference before the end of March to ensure that the letter arrives on time. Organizers do not provide any further support to the visa application process. Obtaining a visa remains the sole responsibility of the participant. Organizers cannot be held responsible for any visa issues.
