Participation in the Conference is possible in the following roles:
- attendee
- author – presentation, poster (published as a PDF file on the "Poster Session" page), or article.
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance. In the case of active participation, participants will also receive a Certificate of Presentation (confirming their presentation, poster, or article).
A prerequisite for participation is timely registration via the Application Form and payment of the conference fee.
After registration, each participant will receive an email with a link to a form through which they can submit a presentation, poster or article.
Important dates:
by 1 June 2026 – submission of proposals for presentations and posters
by 10 June 2026 – submission of abstracts (maximum 500 characters (without spaces)) of presentations and articles, as well as posters for the conference brochure
by 5 June 2026 – registration of participants – conference attendees and payment of the conference fee
by 15 June 2026 – detailed conference programme
22–23 June 2026 – DIAM 2026 Conference
by 2 September 2026 – submission of article proposals
December 2026 – publication of articles in ZN WEiA PG
