Submission deadline
All participants are kindly invited to submit their abstracts for invited or contributed talks, as well as for poster presentations. Submitted abstracts of oral or poster contributions will be pre-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising Committee.
Therefore, the type of presentation may be changed (e.g. from oral to poster), and the participant will be notified accordingly.
In general, one participant should submit one abstract, according to preference indicated during the registration. In exceptional circumstances, it is possible to upload more abstracts (e.g. if an invited speaker also wishes to present a poster).
Templates
Please prepare your abstract using one of the templates below (MS Word, LaTeX).
Please attach the resulting PDF file with your abstract, with the naming convention "Surname_Name" of the participant. It is not necessary to attach the source file.
