All fees must be paid in Euros (€) and should be free of any charges for the beneficiary.
After the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made on or before May 10, 2026 (end of early bird registration) are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable bank transfer or transaction fees.
- Cancellations made between May 11 and May 31, 2026 (late bird registration period) are eligible for a partial refund, reduced by an administrative fee of 100 EUR.
- Cancellations made after May 31, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
- In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
