Neil Jefferies
Open Preservation Foundation, Oxford University
Neil Jefferies is Executive Director of the Open Preservation Foundation, a Director of Data Futures GmbH and a Digital Innovation Specialist at the Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford. He is a co-creator of the International Image Interoperability Framework and the Oxford Common File Layout, Community Manager for the SWORD protocol and a member of the Bit List Council for the Digital Preservation Coalition. His research interests include knowledge and information models, APIs for enhancing access to digital resources, digital preservation and long-term access, and the mechanisms of digital scholarship. Currently, he is working on evaluating AI tools for metadata creation and enrichment, and recently contributed to the ePUB/A specification. He also teaches on various topics on Oxford's MSc in Digital Scholarship and the Digital Humanities Summer School.
Anthony Leroy
Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium
Anthony is a software engineer at the Libraries of the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). He is in charge of the digitization infrastructure and the digital preservation program of the University Libraries and coordinates the activities of the SAFE distributed preservation network. Anthony is an engineer in electronics with a PhD in microelectronics and has been a researcher for almost ten years in collaboration with several industrial partners.

Od lat zawodowo jestem związana z kulturą i nauką. Moje doświadczenie dotyczy instytutów naukowych, bibliotek i szkół wyższych, ale też pozyskiwania zewnętrznych środków dla fundacji, stowarzyszeń i grup nieformalnych oraz instytucji publicznych (bibliotek, domów kultury). Przeprowadziłam dotychczas kilkaset szkoleń podnoszących kompetencje kadr kultury, szczególnie w zakresie pozyskiwania środków. Współpracowałam między innymi z: Narodowym Instytutem Kultury, Centrum Archiwistyki Społecznej, Łódzkim Domem Kultury, Wojewódzką Biblioteką Publiczną w Gdańsku, Fundacją Rozwoju Demokracji Lokalnej, Studium Prawa Europejskiego, Fundacją Centrum Cyfrowe, Wydawnictwem Helion, Centrum Mieroszewskiego, Pomagam.pl i wieloma innymi. Autorka portalu Kasa na Kulturę oraz profili w mediach społecznościowych ( https://www.facebook.com/Kasanakultureiedukacje/, https://www.instagram.com/kasanakulture/).Wyznaje dewizę, że każdy może nauczyć się skutecznie pozyskiwać środki na działalność kulturalną; trzeba jedynie znaleźć odpowiedni sposób.
Liisa Näpärä

Liisa works as an Information Specialist at the National Library. Her role as a project and research coordination involves her in various research and project collaborations. Her work is centered around showcasing digital cultural heritage to diverse user groups (e.g. researchers, local business and young people), ensuring that valuable historical content is accessible and engaging for all. She also takes part in data service development at the library and has a PhD in cultural studies.

Jan Rychtář
Co-Founder & CEO at Trinera
Jan Rychtář is the co-founder and CEO of Trinera s.r.o., a company that integrates large-scale library data with modern technologies, especially artificial intelligence. His team helps memory institutions manage data, automate processes, and create user-friendly interfaces for digitized collections.
He has 15 years of experience developing software for libraries and is the author and lead developer of the user interface for the Kramerius digital library. Beyond the front end, he has also been significantly involved in shaping the overall strategic direction of the Kramerius system.
Petr Žabička
Moravian Library
Petr is an expert in library automation with experience in digitisation, digital libraries, and machine learning. As an associate director at the Moravian Library, he is responsible for research and development projects. Currently, his activities focus on implementing machine learning technologies to enhance access to digitised documents. He has been involved in the PERO project, which aimed to improve the accuracy of digitised texts through the application of machine learning algorithms to optical character recognition (OCR). Previously, he led projects related to map digitisation, online access to digitised maps, and the development of the Czech library portal Knihovny.cz.
