The conference is organized in a hybrid mode – online participation and presentations are possible. Please see options below for online participation fees.
Conference Registration fees include: Access to conference presentations, access to the poster areas, conference materials, opening ceremony, Tea/Coffee during breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference organisers at contact@iwa-agro2022.org
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations received prior to 31st July 2022 will receive a full refund less a 50 EUR administration charge.
Cancellations received after 1st September will receive a full refund less a 200 EUR administration charge. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 14th September 2022. Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.
The event will be fully COVID-safe and compliant with government health requirements. Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our attendees.
COVID cancellation: Full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled or has to be moved due to COVID issues.
